I always feel that painting to me isn’t entirely about looking for a new subject to paint or to paint differently than others do, but it’s about staying true to one’s philosophy. Painting is a form of visual art, thus how truthful it represents my thinking determines it’s level of accomplishment

I did this similar scene in a larger format prior to this one…but it wasn’t so successful…
This one is a bit better…capturing the fogginess of the morning at the moment of sunrise.
I found this cool option in Microsoft Livewriter…couldn’t resist in using it…
This scene is located around Belmopan, Belize, as the map shows….

After Painting snow scene for a while, I want to change the scene to the morning scene…the lighting gave me trouble, I tried a couple of paintings before I made the background buildings look right. but I still overdone the trees~~~
