Richeson Watercolor Brushes

Jack Richeson’s Kolinsky brushes are good quality brushes with good absorbency and snap at an affordable price, the ability for the hair to return to it’s original shape. The price is very affordable, and the best place to look for it is ebay. Look for the seller, “artsupplysource”.

After few weeks of using it, I feel a little disappointed by it, the snap isn’t as good as I first thought, and it struggles to come to a point…the handle doesn’t bear a lot of weight; usually when the handle weighs more, it helps to acheive a balance needed to create a smooth stroke…

So the conclusion is, it is better than most of the synthetic brush, but not really a high quality brush. I like my Robert Simmon synthetic white sable more than this.
