I was so pleased with the result of tonight’s open studio events, I turned my studio into a small gallery. I got so many positve feedback, and sold some works; the only regret is that I couldn’t get the studio earlier…now I only have one more quarter, and no more open studio… I think the painting department should give more outstanding undergraduate students the studio they deserve – by taking it away from some of the lazy graduate students who hardly show up in their studio.
A lot of undergraduate really deserved it…having a studio availabe to them would eleviate the quality of their works….
